What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Representative at Surge Staffing, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities to support revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, conducting prospect and account sales calls, and analyzing prospect requirements and needs.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular prospect and account sales calls to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company products and services can be applied to meet these needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous business development experience.
  • At least 3 years proven outside direct sales experience.
