We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families in an ambulatory clinic setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure (WI licensure where applicable).
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Ambulatory nursing experience.
