About the Role

PruittHealth is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, to improve communication skills and address speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services with other disciplines as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of ASHA-accredited school or foreign-trained program deemed substantially equivalent to a Speech Language Pathology entry-level education in the U.S.
