Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee a variety of projects across different sectors, including Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and Institutional projects.
- Work Planning and Estimation: Prepare discipline-specific work plans and estimates to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the production of work and ensure that projects meet quality assurance and quality control standards.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and ensure that projects meet performance metrics and department goals.
- Client Communication: Manage client expectations through effective communication.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to ensure project success.
- Resource Management: Maintain backlogs and manpower forecasts to ensure proper staffing levels and department utilization.
- Staff Development: Manage staff resources, including annual reviews, timesheets, expense approvals, and professional development.
- Business Development: Assist with business development, including participation in trade organizations.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of electrical design/project management consulting experience.
- Professional Certifications: PE License preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with electrical system studies, including short circuit, over-current device coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard analysis per NFPA 70E.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), State Energy Code, NFPA guidelines, and FGI guidelines.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design/analysis software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and Easypower.
- Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of standard construction practices.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
