Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle components and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems effectively.
- Engage with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs.
- Provide accurate time estimates for supplementary repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an ASE or General Motors technician.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- A fast learner who thrives in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
