Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Companion. As a CHHA and Companion, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to provide proper work authorization documentation
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must have a 1-Step PPD or QuantiFERON with negative results dated no older than one year
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Vehicle required
