Child and Family Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide intensive, in-home clinical services to parents and children across Kansas.
About the Role- Provide face-to-face, in-home therapeutic services to assigned families 5-8 hours per week over 4-6 months.
- Work closely with case workers to develop treatment plans, coordinate visits, and ensure safety and permanency for children.
- Manage a caseload of 5-8 families, with accurate documentation and monthly reports.
- Deliver comprehensive therapeutic interventions to families in need.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support evidence-based practice.
- Prioritize family well-being through effective communication and collaboration.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required.
- Licensure by the Kansas BSRB is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in child and family services, with knowledge of foster care populations and behavioral approaches.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $53,289.60, which includes incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc. A generous Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 is also offered.
This role requires a valid driver's license and ability to meet agency standards for vehicle use.
