We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Live-In Certified Nurse Aide to provide essential in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients can maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
The Live-In Certified Nurse Aide will be responsible for a variety of non-medical caregiving tasks, including but not limited to:
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting clients with chronic illnesses or recovery processes
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
Work Environment:

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and availability. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in home care
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 with documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to use a smartphone for electronic visit verification
- Successful completion of background checks and TB screening
- Registration on the California Home Care Aide Registry
- A genuine passion for helping others
