Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated **Registered Nurse for the Electrophysiology Lab**, who is a skilled clinician with extensive experience in patient care and a deep understanding of specific patient populations. This professional will utilize their knowledge, theory, research, and experience to adapt to clinical changes effectively. The ideal candidate will:

- Provide safe, reliable, and effective care to patients independently, employing the nursing process
- Implement the Synergy Model for Care in practice, personalizing care for each patient and their family
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members
- Accurately document the nursing process in the appropriate formats (e.g., electronic records, clinical pathways, charts)
- Incorporate patient and family input into care planning
- Assess patient responses to care and modify plans as necessary
- Advocate for patients based on their conditions and needs
- Acknowledge cultural differences when developing relationships with patients and families

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid, active, unencumbered Nursing license or a temporary permit approved by the relevant licensing board. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with at least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the last five years or have recently completed a re-entry nursing program.

BLS certification is required, and ACLS certification may be necessary in specific departments.
