Key Responsibilities- Create a warm and inviting shopping environment that showcases our products and services.
- Build and share expertise on our products, promotions, and brand rewards programs to meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Help customers find the perfect card and gift solutions to commemorate life's special moments.
- Share stories and communities of caring to reinforce the cycle of kindness.
- Effectively handle store operations, including product replenishment, merchandising, and customer service.
- At least 16 years of age with ability to meet work permit requirements, if applicable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong customer-focused engagement and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
