Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our primary care team in providing exceptional patient experience.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $325,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, loan forgiveness options, FSA accounts, dental/vision insurance, generous PTO, bonus & incentive programs, 401k with match, continuing education and leadership training, fitness & wellness programs, and more.


Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for administering treatments, prescribing medication and vaccinations, and performing procedures based on specialty and training. You will also discuss potential side effects of medication and immunizations with patients, advise them on promoting health through diet, hygiene, and disease prevention methods, provide prenatal and postnatal care to mothers and infants, conduct physical examinations for annual physicals/well visits, school admission, job consideration, or insurance eligibility, review and maintain patient files and records, analyze test results and diagnose patient conditions, refer patients to medical specialists for further consultation when necessary, document patient visits and update medical records in a timely manner, and maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and the public.


Requirements
  • A medical degree (MD or DO)
  • An active California medical license
  • Board certification in primary care
  • A DEA license
  • BLS certification
