We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at Tad PGS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical product support and developing innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Development: Create and revise designs for existing products, working closely with designers to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project engineers, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of product information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, design software, and project management tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in gaseous products and safety equipment.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Matlab Simulink, and RTCA DO-160 and/or MIL-STD-810G environmental test standards.
