Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Orchestration Support Professional to join our team at University Hospitals. This critical role involves providing technical support to surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, while maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of surgical procedures, including equipment setup and instrument inventory
• Collaborate with anesthesia and nursing teams to optimize patient care and workflow
• Develop and maintain expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation, as well as asepsis and sterilization protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:
• Accredited Program Surgical Technologist Program or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
