We are seeking a highly skilled Production Pharmacist to join our team at Johns Hopkins HealthCare. As a key member of our infusion pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing sterile compounded products to patients and other customers in compliance with USP 797 & 800, ASHP guidelines, and Infusion Pharmacy policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee infusion production technicians and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
- Manage workflow in collaboration with clinical technicians and warehouse personnel to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all infusion production operations follow established policies, procedures, and USP 797 & 800 guidelines.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and specialists throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
- Minimum of 6 months of infusion experience within the last 3 years.
- Experience in patient care and patient medication counseling.
- IV admixture experience.
- Maryland Pharmacist License.
- Competitive salary range: $41.09 - $74.51 per hour.
