Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Monro, Inc. is a leading provider of automotive services and tire dealers in the United States. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician to perform a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to achieve common goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 pounds
  • Guest and team-focused mindset
  • ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8
