About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services to teach communication and social skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors in the home, community, and/or school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
  • Use evidence-based interventions developed from the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients, when indicated, to stabilize acute crises
  • Collaborate with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment
  • Monitor service effectiveness and make modifications to services based on supervisory and/or consultative feedback
Requirements:
  • Have a certification as a BCaBA
  • Have a certification as an RBT
  • Have a behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
