CNC Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team at The QTI Group. This is a 1st shift opportunity in the Dodge County area, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20-22.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Measure and verify dimensions on parts while operating CNC machines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate various types of CNC machines to create machined parts to specifications
  • Perform full setups and routine maintenance with assistance
Requirements:
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Knowledge of using micrometers, calipers, and fixed gauges
  • Related experience in production, troubleshooting, and CNC operation
