Job Title: Therapist

Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is a leading educational organization dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing direct counseling and academic/behavioral support to students in a therapeutic and educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic and academic services to students, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.
  • Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Utilize non-violent crisis prevention intervention techniques to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Assist with the delivery of academic instruction, promoting a love of learning and academic success.
  • Document student observations and data, providing valuable insights for future support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting or mental health setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and effective verbal and written expression.
