We are seeking a highly skilled Retina Specialist to join our team at Geisinger Health System. As a key member of our Ophthalmology department, you will provide comprehensive eye and vision care to our patients.
Job Summary:
An ophthalmologist has the knowledge and professional skills needed to provide comprehensive eye and vision care. Ophthalmologists are medically trained to diagnose, monitor and medically or surgically treat all ocular and visual disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat ocular and visual disorders
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Experience in Retina Specialist
