Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Emerald Health Services. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with the option to extend up to 26 weeks. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in skilled home health and be licensed to practice in Alaska. The facility requires the use of EPIC charting software and has a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
  • AK License
  • 1 year experience in skilled home health
  • BLS
  • 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience preferred
