Job Overview

This part-time Weekend Ambassador role is available Saturday and Sunday from 7AM - 3PM.

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $18.00, based on industry standards in the region.

You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing mail, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcome in our community.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and express mail services.
  • Accept and communicate transportation requests and follow up to ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate key logs and document work requests from residents and team members.
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Excellent verbal skills, communication abilities, and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Property Management Systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
