About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining area and kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish tank area, ensuring that cleaned dishes are available for service.
  • Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils.
  • Remove cardboard and grease, and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of property around the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
  • Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
  • Work with other staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction as it pertains to dining room cleanliness.
  • May be asked to assist in other job categories as well.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to accurately read, organize, and coordinate tickets.
