Job Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses. This includes assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and performing other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating and using the bathroom
- Perform other tasks as needed, such as transferring patients and providing emotional support
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by the State of Idaho
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- 6 months of experience as a CNA in an acute care setting
