Job Overview

Pacific Rim Capital, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Portfolio Specialist to join our growing team. As a Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring service levels remain high and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all day-to-day communications with PRC's clients to ensure service levels remain high and continuously improve.
  • Accurately track and facilitate transactions for internal and external customers.
  • Facilitate and drive discussions with other PRC departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Respond to all internal and external requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Document and maintain account nuances for each assigned account.
  • Ensure a positive working relationship is established with every client.
  • Manage transactions based on established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Escalate transactions if there is a concern a timeline will not be met.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
