About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Vidant Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and efficiency of the sterile field throughout surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing and arranging instruments and supplies, assisting the surgeon and assistants throughout the operation, and providing sterile instruments and supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology Program or Certification from a Military Program
  • Less than 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience - no CST needed
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification (required for OR)
Work Environment

This is a 36-hour per week position, Monday through Friday, with rotational weekends and on-call responsibilities.
