About the Role

The Audiovisual Technician is responsible for collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality technical, design, and engineering deliverables that lead to ultimate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize daily cover sheets to determine equipment needs and ensure accurate setup and strike of basic audiovisual equipment.
  2. Monitor events and provide excellent customer service by checking in with clients throughout the day.
  3. Maintain positive public relations with hotel accounts and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams.
  4. Effectively utilize company software to manage inventory, track billing, and maintain professional appearance and image.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be approximately $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
