Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at our Baytown location. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products using various equipment such as stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products from trailers and pallets
  • Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move products throughout the warehouse
  • Verify shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of forklift experience in a logistics environment
  • Flexible work schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work in a congested area and non-climate controlled warehouse
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
