Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for full-time employees.

Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist at Proud Moments, you will be part of a dynamic treatment team providing one-on-one specialized care to children with ASD in a center-based setting. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data to monitor progress, and support families in implementing individualized treatment plans.

You will work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs in training families on individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
  • Perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2-15 years old
Requirements:
  • Current Active RBT Certification
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
