About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data mastered through the C360 process.

You will take a lead role in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing complex application enhancements within a Talend environment, providing general production support, meeting defined scope and target dates with minimal or no defects.

You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends for assigned areas of responsibility, assessing their impact, and collaborating with senior management to incorporate current trends and developments in current and future solutions.

You will direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • Technically proficient in the following languages/frameworks, application platforms, and developer tools (5+ years of experience): Amazon Web Services (EMR, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secret Manager, IAM, S3, RDS, EMR), SQL query building/relation database, Unix shell scripting, Hadoop HDFS, Rest API, Java.

**Salary:** $108,390 - $185,610

This salary range is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
