Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. as an Equipment Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building and plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot plant operational issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Complete plant work orders and repairs independently, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Support and participate in technical engineering projects and lead maintenance projects to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
  • Utilize expertise in compressed air systems, electronic, pneumatic, and computer automation control systems to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Perform plant rounds and accurately complete all operating logs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Climb and balance on ladders and platforms to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Pass a drug screen and physical examination to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience with plant maintenance and repair, with a focus on equipment operations and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of compressed air systems, electronic, pneumatic, and computer automation control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and management.
