About the Role

At Open Sky Community Services, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during overnight hours, assisting with morning routines and ensuring a smooth transition to the day.
  • Implement procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients, including crisis intervention and medical protocols.
  • Assist clients with accessing transportation and provide support with daily living activities.
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
