Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individual needs
- Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Provide personalized care that takes into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical necessity
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
