Soliant Health is in search of a committed Speech-Language Pathologist to engage with a varied student demographic from kindergarten through 12th grade. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering specialized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing students' communication and language skills, thereby promoting their academic and social achievements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication requirements.
- Create and execute personalized treatment strategies that cater to each student's distinct needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to achieve students' objectives.
- Track and record students' progress, modifying therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must possess or be eligible for an active license in Connecticut.
- Certification: ASHA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in an educational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
