Position Overview

We are seeking a Milwaukee Area Sales Representative, also known as a Beverage Champion, to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for cider, a keen interest in fermentation processes, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development within this thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities

Field Execution:

  • Implement and manage the sales strategy for Schilling Cider in Wisconsin, focusing on major urban centers.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales for the Midwest & Mid-Atlantic to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key retail outlets.
  • Represent Schilling Cider at various events, including festivals and tastings, within the designated territory.
  • Enhance product distribution while educating retailers and consumers about the Schilling Cider range.
  • Engage with existing accounts to secure new distribution opportunities and promote brand visibility.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to boost sales volume and market share.
  • Ensure optimal product merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
  • Organize promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Communicate effectively with distributor partners regarding retail opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams regarding retail performance.
  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with our established selling processes.
  • Coordinate and lead General Sales Meetings with wholesaler teams.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and submit market reports to management and wholesalers.
  • Maintain an organized business calendar with a forward-looking schedule.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively to track performance and market trends.
  • Communicate updates on chain activities and new product launches.
  • Adapt distributor management strategies based on market needs.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
