Compensation:

$68,300 - $91,000

Compensation may vary based on individual experience, skills, and abilities. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial rewards. This position is eligible for participation in the annual incentive plan.

Category/Shift:

Salaried Full-Time / Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3rd Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a designated shift of hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to meet operational objectives.
  • Manage daily corrugated board production, including training, planning, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Inspire and lead team members by exemplifying outstanding behavior, attitude, and performance, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including crew members, fellow supervisors, plant management, and external stakeholders.
  • Promote adherence to safety, quality, and other organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience in the corrugated packaging sector is preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, supervisory, or managerial roles is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
