Job Description: Senior Mechanic Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanic Specialist to join our team at HOME DEPOT U.S.A., INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment repair and maintenance, with a focus on communication, compliance, and equipment repairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and repairs of complex equipment components, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
