Job Title: Site Supervisor

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned program, ensuring compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. This includes inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommending training and discipline as needed.
  • Perform quality, service, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair, as well as supplies and inventory.
  • Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
  • Maintain records, including training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of related experience and/or training, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • May require a valid driver's license and/or Forklift Certification.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with strong customer service, training, and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

$55,000 - $60,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Shift and Location:

Day Shift, with some travel required.
