Job Summary

As a seasoned MRI Technologist Supervisor at Princeton Medical Center, you will oversee the activities of technologists and students, ensuring the highest level of patient care and departmental efficiency. With a strong background in imaging and leadership, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technologists and students, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
  • Evaluate and recommend staff for hiring, promotion, or disciplinary actions, upholding the highest standards of performance and conduct.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
  • 3 years of MRI experience, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • ARRT (R) certification and documentation of MRI training/experience; must obtain MRI Registry within one year of hire.
  • BLS certification and state license if required.
