Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Nurse to work in our busy ER department. As a Full-Time ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the ER department
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of ER experience
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including every 3rd weekend and some holidays
