Job Overview

As a Heavy Haul Class A CDL Driver with ERS, you will be responsible for delivering heavy and light equipment to various locations, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of equipment, and maintaining accurate records of equipment condition.


This role requires experience in hauling, loading, securing, and operating heavy equipment, including low boy trailers. A typical day may involve:

  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and documenting results.
  • Observing and reporting mechanical and safety failures.
  • Maintaining vehicle appearance by cleaning and washing.
  • Maintaining all required certifications, inspections, and medical compliance.

Top candidates will have:

  • A valid Class A CDL Driver's License with manual transmission experience.
  • Minimum two years of heavy haul/low boy experience required.
  • Experience in construction and equipment is preferred.
  • Commit to a drug-free workplace.
  • Driving record violation-free for previous three years, with no record of DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, committing a felony with a motor vehicle, reckless driving, or excessive speed.

Physical demands of the job include:

  • Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds for short periods, often several times per day.

This position is classified as nonexempt.
