Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deli Associate in retail. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for handling and possessing knowledge of all deli products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service, an essential component of every position within our stores.
  • Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package products.
  • Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating product.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the deli area.
Working Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures ranging from freezer environments to back rooms without air conditioning. Exposure to weather conditions may occur.

Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum.
  • Lift/carry: up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%.
