Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all activities related to the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of balance sheets and income statements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely audit processes and assist in resolving audit-related inquiries.
  • Enhance and maintain processes and controls related to manufacturing costs and inventory assessments.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and policy improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Stay informed on organizational protocols, federal and state regulations, and current accounting standards.
  • Work collaboratively with both finance and non-finance teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required; CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in financial accounting systems and general ledger operations.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of enhancing processes and improving organizational efficiencies.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
