About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for new and at-risk patients to identify specific interventions necessary to meet nutritional needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and patient to develop and implement individualized care plans based on nutritional assessment.
  • Educate patients and their families/caregivers about renal diet and fluid management.
  • Monitor monthly laboratory results and weight changes, making recommendations to meet established goals.
  • Utilize a patient-centered care approach, respecting and responding to individual and cultural preferences while encouraging engagement.

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
  • Experience working with patients with chronic kidney disease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
