We are seeking a skilled Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a Renal Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to dialysis patients and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for each patient.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition and diet to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
