Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at Casa De Oro Center, you'll deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Key duties include:
- Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
