Bartender Job Description

**About B Hospitality Corp:**

We operate the Food and Beverage Departments within our partner hotels in Salt Lake City. Our team is expanding at The Radisson-Salt Lake City Airport, where we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join us.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour plus tips, competitive salary structure based on experience. We also offer a $300 sign-on bonus for new hires and a $300 referral bonus for successful referrals.

About the Role:

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally
  • Prepare drinks for guests and cocktail servers
  • Communicate effectively over the phone and in-person with background noise
  • Process transactions, including operating a cash register and accounting daily sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Learn the menu, point of sale system, and day-to-day procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor
  • Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and liquors
