Join Our Team as a Custodial Supervisor

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to oversee our custodial team and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for custodial staff on best practices in cleaning and safety.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to new team members as necessary.
  • Update training materials and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor the performance of custodial associates and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to training and compliance.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in a custodial or facilities management role is essential. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment is required.
