MRI Imaging Specialist - Weekday Night Shift

Position Overview:

  • Conduct high-resolution MRI imaging examinations by selecting appropriate software settings for precise diagnostics.
  • Efficiently utilize the PACS system for data management and image processing tasks.
  • Administer contrast agents while ensuring patient safety throughout the imaging process.
  • Screen patients to uphold safety standards and respect within the MRI service environment.
  • Assist in the management of departmental inventory and maintenance of imaging equipment.
  • Confirm physician directives and patient medical history to ensure the accuracy of imaging procedures.
  • Transmit imaging results to PACS for evaluation by radiology professionals.
  • Maintain imaging apparatus through regular cleaning and testing protocols.
  • Document essential patient information to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in radiographic practices, particularly in MRI imaging.
  • Current BLS and RTR-RT Radiography certifications are essential.
  • Proficient knowledge and skills in operating MRI machinery and addressing patient care requirements.
  • Capability to produce high-quality images and work collaboratively with team members.

Shift: Weekday Night Shift

Employment Type: Regular

Compensation: $51.68 / hr
