Rental Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rental Attendant to join our Member Services team at Haig Point Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cart rental services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of your work.

• Prepare and stage rental carts for distribution, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate records of cart rentals, returns, and maintenance, using our cart rental software program.
• Communicate effectively with the desk team on cart distribution, returns, and other related matters.
• Keep the cart rental areas clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
• Assist members and guests with cart usage, providing helpful and courteous service at all times.
• Perform daily tasks, including discarding trash and recycling, and reporting any damages or maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of operational supplies and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Participate in promoting a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of our team.

• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak English, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment, including air compressors, pressure washers, and blowers.

• Knowledge of Information Technology applications, telephone use, and computer use.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including trucks and carts.
