The successful candidate will have a strong background in music education and performance, with experience teaching marching band and wind instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Teach marching band and wind instrument studio courses
- Rehearse music, teach drill, and recruit students from diverse backgrounds
- Contribute to departmental needs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in music or related field by start of fall semester classes
- Minimum one academic year of related teaching experience
- Experience in music education methods, composition, music technology, or music business a plus
